FIRST COURSE - APPETIZER - CHOICE OF ONE:

corn meal blini, blood orange and meyer lemon salsa

grilled octopus
chorizo, potato, preserved lemon

smokey paprika hummus, caramelized onion

spring vegetable potge
tarragon, crème fraiche

pâté de campagne
pickled green strawberry, strawberry mustard
