Baseball Buzz: This Weekend’s Winners at Sports at the Beach

Gold Glove Gala 2017 ~

SATB hosted 31 teams at Gold Glove Gala, from both near and far...we see you, North Rockland Bulldogs (Stony Point, NY) and Northeast Titans (Tannersville, PA)!

Gold Glove 2017 brought a combination of new and returning teams to SATB for 2 days of fast-paced baseball! The 10U Mid Atlantic Shockers Hendricks won 3 games on Sunday and defeated the SJ Elite Orange 10-6 in a well-played championship game. 11U Stafford Warriors held on for an 11-10 victory in the championship game versus Mid Atlantic Shockers Stanley, going 4-0 for the weekend. The 12U South River Seahawks came from behind with a 6-5 defeat against the Northeast Titans, coming out 5-0 overall. 13U Delaware Diamonds Sullivan finished the weekend 4-0, scoring 12-9 opposite Complete Player Reds in the Championship game.
