Curried Carrot Soup
crispy garlic, sunflower seeds, sherry, olive oil, chive

Local Baby Greens Salad
pears, cambozola, dried fig, candied walnuts, bee pollen, sherry vinaigrette

Crispy Octopus
chorizo, potato, red wine, chimichurri

Fried Green Tomato
onion jam, herbed cheese, pea shoots, balsamic

Foie Gras & Chicken Liver Mousse
red wine poached pear, sourdough toast

 

SECOND COURSE - ENTREE - CHOOSE ONE: 

Crispy Cajun Catfish
Carolina grits, green cabbage slaw, jumbo lump crab remoulade

Seafood Risotto
crispy chorizo, peas, tomato-saffron broth

Short Rib Stroganoff

truffle veloute, peas, carrots, mushrooms, pastry top

Berkshire Pork Chop
whipped potatoes, tomato, onion, mushroom, Guinness mustard

macerated local strawberries, rhubarb, vanilla whipped cream, mint
