Coldwell Banker Resort Realty welcomes Keith Armstrong to Rehoboth Sales Department

Coldwell Banker Resort Realty is pleased to announce the addition of Keith Armstrong to our team of experienced real estate professionals in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.

Keith graduated from Brick Township High School in Brick, NJ, then on to graduate from Trenton State College (now known as The College of New Jersey) in 1994 with a BS in Elementary Education.  After teaching fifth grade for three years at Woodcrest Elementary School in Cherry Hill, NJ, Keith started studying law at Rutger University School of Law - Camden, NJ, graduating with high honors in 2000.  He completed a federal clerkship with the Honorable Joseph Rodriguez in the US District Court for the District of New Jersey and then commenced practicing commercial real estate finance law with the law firm of Dechert.  In 2004, Keith left Dechert and continued in the field of commercial real estate finance as a transaction manager and, ultimately, an asset manager for GMAC Commercial Mortgage, which transformed into Capmark Finance.  After leaving Capmark Finance, Keith continued his career in commercial real estate finance, primarily with the law firm of Andrascik & Tita.

Recently licensed in Delaware, Keith’s extensive background and education will prove invaluable to his buyer and seller clients.
