HERITAGE SHORES QUILTERS CREATE QUILTS FOR BABIES AT NANTICOKE

October 23, 2017

Several quilters at Heritage Shores in Bridgeville have united to make quilts for Nanticoke’s newest and youngest patients – newborns.

In April, Quilts for Babies branched off from Heritage Shores’ Quilts of Valor group to create smaller-sized quilts for babies born at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital. The group has grown to 8 members and has made over 40 baby quilts to date, which have been donated to Nanticoke. The quilting group is actively working on their next donation of baby quilts to the hospital.

Nanticoke would like to thank the Heritage Shores Quilts for Babies group for their dedication to Nanticoke’s mission to positively impact our communities’ quality of life through superior health service. To learn how you can help make a difference, visit www.nanticoke.org/community-support.
