Instant Pot Pulled Pork made with Stubb’s Dr Pepper Legendary Bar-B-Q Sauce

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups Dr. Pepper
4 Pounds Pork Roast
1 onion
1 tbs onion powder
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs salt
DIRECTIONS:
Cut your pork roast into 4-5 large chunks. Coat with salt, onion powder, and garlic powder. Chop onion and place in Instant pot. Place pork in Instant pot and pour in Dr. Pepper soda. Add Stubb’s Dr Pepper Legendary Bar-B-Q Sauce . Place pot on Manual High pressure for 50 minutes. Natural release of pressure for 10 minutes. Remove pork and drain juices. Shred with a fork and top with more BBQ sauce. Enjoy.
