Oldfather Group Properties Featured This Weekend in Millsboro and Dagsboro

September 29, 2017

The Oldfather Group of Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty will host two open house events this weekend, each located just a few miles from the beach in some of southern Delaware's finest communities.

Nestled in Millsboro and Dagsboro, respectively, these homes are located far enough inland to provide a great value for the money, but close enough to the beach where you can have your toes in the sand in less than an hour, even during the busy summer season.

Now, let's take a look at the two coastal homes we'll be featuring this weekend...

Located at 25574 Chateau Place in Millsboro, the first showcased home will be open on Saturday and is actually a former catalog home that's been renovated, updated and added on to over the years.

The home features hardwood floors, heart of pine ceiling and floor joists, a completely restored front porch, a claw foot tub in the bathroom and much more.

A 2,000-square-foot addition was added to the home in 2007 that includes a great room with hearth fireplace, an owner's suite with 16 foot vaulted ceilings, a sitting room, an outdoor shower and a hardscaped patio.

Stop by and see Pamela Foster this Saturday, Sept. 30, from 12 to 3 p.m., at this one-of-a-kind southern Delaware property.

Located at 108 Vines Lane, on the water in Dagsboro, the second home open for viewing this weekend is a four bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom Cape Cod nestled on more than a third of an acre in Point Farm.

The home rests on the shores of Pepper Creek and features a covered front porch, a formal dining room, an expansive eat-in kitchen with granite countertops and a great room with large picture window.

And for those warm summer evenings, there's an elevated deck with stunning panoramic views that's perfect for outdoor entertaining.

This home will be open on Sunday, Oct. 1, from 12 to 3 p.m., so be sure to stop by and have a look. Your host is the Oldfather Group's Pamela Foster.
