Perfect Weather For A Refreshing Cape Water Tours Trip

ECO TOUR on THURSDAY and SATURDAY at 10:15 AM.  BOOK NOW to board our vessel at Fisherman’s Wharf in Lewes and enjoy a fully narrated 90 minute cruise.  Experienced birders and naturalists guide our tours and provide “minds-on” and “hands-on” experiences you will long remember.  You will see a variety of bird and sea life and learn all about what they are and how they survive in our coastal waters.  

TO THE BAY AND BACK CRUISE on THURSDAY at 4:00 PM.  This cruise is not narrated however you will be amazed at what you will see on the Lewes Rehoboth Canal on the refreshing and comfortable cruise.  You board at Fisherman’s Wharf in Lewes, cruise down the canal, into the Rehoboth Bay and return to Lewes having seen the beautiful homes of our local residents and many birds common to this area.  If you need a break in the afternoon, this cruise is for you!!

DELAWARE BAY EVENING CRUISE on SATURDAY evening at 7:30 pm.  Originating at Fisherman’s Wharf in Lewes, this cruise takes you into the Delaware Bay.  What will you see?  A remarkable sunset, the shoreline of the Broadkill River as it enters the Delaware Bay, our historic light houses and who knows, you might even get to see a Dolphin or two.  The one thing you can count on is that the trip will be relaxing and refreshing.  Bring your favorite beverage and toast to a beautiful end of the day.

DELAWARE STATE PARK CRUISE on FRIDAY afternoon at 2:00 pm.  Guides from both Cape Henlopen and Delaware Seashore StateParks will lead you on a 2-hour tour of the history, wildlife and beautiful scenery along the Lewes-Rehoboth Canal from Lewes to Rehoboth Bay and back.  You will see Thompson's Island Nature Preserve and much, much more.You don't have to bring much, just you and your camera.  You will leave us with more knowledge about our coastline than you have ever had before.

BROADKILL RIVER EVENING CRUISE on THURSDAY and SUNDAY evening at 7:30 pm leaving from Fisherman’s Wharf in Lewes.   Whether you are visiting our area or you call it your home, don’t miss out on this experience.  Cape Water Tours and Taxi’s BROADKILL RIVER EVENING CRUISE offers a peaceful, relaxing and very affordable 90 MINUTE evening cruise.  Although the cruise is  NOT NARRATED the views of the scenic shorelines  and salt water marshes will leave you with memories you will long remember.  It is the perfect ending to a hectic workday or busy day with the kids.   Oh, and don’t forget your camera and your favorite beverage.  The sunsets are unbelievable!!

Want to get to Dewey Beach and avoid the traffic on Route 1?  No problem.  Our FRIDAY evening WATER TAXI leaves Lewes’ Fisherman’s Wharf at 6:00 PM and docks at the Rusty Rudder at 7:10 PM.  Once there, you can enjoy everything Dewey has to offer.  The return trip leaves Dewey at 9:00 PM and arrives at Lewes by 10:15 PM.

DEWEY BEACH EVENING CRUISE on FRIDAY evening at 7:30 PM.  Come aboard for a spectacular view of the Rehoboth Bay area and Love Creek.  Our Dewey Beach Evening Cruise will depart from the Rusty Rudder dock for a 90 minute NOT NARRATED cruise around the bay.  This cruise is unique as it is our ONLY regularly scheduled tour departing from Dewey Beach. Feel free to bring food and beverages of your choice.
