RN receives rebate check of $3158 by buying her home using Heroes Home Advantage Partners

RN Suzy Schrock, receives rebate check for $3158 during her recent home purchase from Heroes Home Advantage Realtor Kathleen “Atom” Irwin of Mann and Sons, Inc.   Further credits and discounts were also received from Wendy Smith from Embrace Home Loans and Real Estate Attorney, Bonnie Benson which were used towards Schrock’s closing costs.  As a registered nurse, Schrock met the criteria of being a “Hero” and therefore qualified to receive the rebates when purchasing her home.  “Nurses are vital in the care of the sick and injured and are usually overworked and underappreciated”, stated Irwin who is a retired RN from Washington DC. We want to change that by offering assistance to anyone who works in the health care field when they purchase a home. It’s a way of saying “Thank You” for all that you do and we appreciate you.
