The Wizard of Oz leads a run of three delightful plays that take the stage this week at the Rehoboth Summer Children’s Theatre. Dorothy and Toto make their way down the Yellow Brick Road Tuesday evening, August 9 at 7:00 PM. Puss in Boots follows on Wednesday, August 10 at 11:00 AM. The Emperor’s New Clothes closes the week on Thursday, August 11 at 11:00 AM. For over 30 years, audiences have been thrilled and delightd by the two actor plays developed by company founders Elise and Steve Seyfried. 2016 resident performers Eric Dann and Marissa Barnathan bring all the characters to life in these fun-filled, one hour productions. Tickets are $10.Children under 3 are free. They can be reserved by calling 302-227-6766 or purchased online at www.rehobothchildrenstheatre.org. These three shows rotate each week through August 25.
Performances take place at the Epworth Methodist Church, 19285 Holland Glade Road, Rehoboth Beach. The church is one block in from Highway One between the Seaside Outlets and Tomato Sunrise Market. There is plenty of free parking
