Annie Scheppach donating proceeds to research
July 31, 2017

Author Annie Scheppach will appear at Browseabout Books from 6 to 8 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 19, to  discuss her award-winning book, “Looking for Health in All the Right Places." Scheppach is an inspirational speaker, wellness advocate and yoga educator. She asks the question, “How are you - really?” This book is a guide to help readers answer this question and discover ideas for creating health at any age.

It is never too early or too late to be open to new ideas about health, to prevent and even reverse chronic conditions rather than just living with them. Everyone talks about health; health is everyone’s most important asset. Yet, people often avoid doing what they need to do until there is a wake-up call. The book’s practical advice on changes people of any age can make to improve their health is based upon Scheppach’s expertise, extensive research and years of study. “You are your best health insurance,” Scheppach says.

The author is committed to paying it forward. It is very personal for her to donate the proceeds of her book to research and dissemination of ways in which comprehensive lifestyle practices may help children treated for cancer to be healthy ... for life.
