Adam Dodge Sharp, popular bartender

Adam Dodge Sharp passed away at his mother's home in Lewes Tuesday, April 10, 2018.

Adam worked in the Cape Region as a bartender and server for Grotto Pizza North Boardwalk location, and most recently Minh's Bistro, Rehoboth.

He loved spending time at the beach and sports. Adam had a magnetic personality and never met a stranger. He loved making new friends and spending time with others.

Adam graduated high school in 2006 and was a member of Avenue U.M. Church in Milford.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, William Thomas Sharp.

Adam is survived by his father, Randall Sharp of Lincoln; his mother, Kimberly Sharp of Lewes; one brother, Kramer Sharp; one sister, Kathryn Sharp; a nephew, Jayce Dennis; paternal grandmother, Mina Wells; maternal grandparents, Edward and Portia Miller; paternal stepgrandmother, Trudy Sharp; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and a host of friends.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, April 17, in the chapel of Berry-Short Funeral Home, 119 NW Front St., Milford with visitation after 11 a.m. Burial will be in Milford Community Cemetery.
