April and May top producers announced for Long & Foster

Long & Foster announced top producers for April and May in its Lewes and Rehoboth Beach offices.

Associate broker Richard "Dick" Bryan has been named Top Listing Agent for April 2017 and Top Selling Agent and Agent with the Most Units Sold for May 2017, for the Lewes office. "We are proud to announce Dick Bryan as the Top Listing Agent for April and Top Selling Agent and Agent with the Most Sold Units for May," said Carol Materniak, branch manager for the Long and Foster Lewes and Rehoboth Beach offices.

Associate Broker Ron Ladue has been named Top Selling Agent for April 2017 for the Lewes office. Ladue's career as a real estate executive consists of over 40 years' experience in sales and marketing, financing, new home construction, land development, planning, zoning and subdivision. Ladue possesses the communication skills to effectively negotiate on his clients' behalf and the mental toughness to solve problems that occur during the contract process.
