Author Annie Scheppach to appear at Rehoboth Beach Yoga July 9
Healthy lifestyle expert and author Annie Scheppach will appear at Rehoboth Beach Yoga at 10:45 a.m., Saturday, July 9. She will discuss her new book "Looking for Health in All the Right Places." Scheppach is an inspirational speaker, wellness advocate and yoga educator. The book is a guide to help readers discover the answers to creating health at any age.
Based on her extensive research and years of study, Scheppach offers practical advice on changes people of any age can make to improve health and prevent disease. It is never too early or too late to be open to new ideas about health. Preventing and even reversing chronic conditions is possible.
After the reading of a few pages and discussion, Scheppach will be available to sign copies. Proceeds are being donated to research and dissemination of information on prevention and recurrence of childhood cancers.
