Avatar Instruments of Lewes ships custom control system to Tesla Motors

Lewes-based Avatar Instruments Inc., a leading manufacturer of SCR Power Controllers and Systems, has shipped a custom control system to Tesla Motors' Lathrop, Calif. facility.
Due to the increased popularity of the Tesla Model S, Model X and new Model 3, production capacity needed to be increased. Avatar Instruments was contacted to provide a solution for a production line.
Avatar Instruments has also provided systems to SpaceX, Tesla's sister company.
