March 7, 2017

The law firm of Baird Mandalas Brockstedt LLC announces the opening of its Greenville office, with the addition of equity partner Edward A. Tarlov, who specializes in Delaware real estate law. Tarlov also brings the real estate expertise of his legal team of Barbara Snapp Danberg, Deborah J. Galonsky and Roger L. Truemper to Greenville.

Since 2009, the firm has grown into Kent and Sussex counties. With the opening of the Greenville office, the firm can serve clients in New Castle County and southern Pennsylvania. In addition to its expansion into New Castle County, Tarlov's group has strengthened the firm’s real estate practice in southern Delaware with the addition of Kenneth S. Feaster Jr. to its Lewes location.

The firm’s practice in residential and commercial real estate ranges from the routine to the complex, including representing clients in both negotiation and litigation. Firm attorneys also specialize in  personal injury, nursing-home neglect, estate planning, business law and litigation.

"We are incredibly honored to have Ed Tarlov and his team join the Baird Mandalas Brockstedt team," said managing partner Kevin M. Baird. "When the firm was founded, our mission was to provide top-tier legal services to our clients while at the same time attracting experienced, skilled and dynamic lawyers who share that passion. Ed is a seasoned practitioner in real estate law who has earned the respect of both his clients and his peers. He will be a real asset to BMB and a great resource for our clients throughout Delaware and the surrounding region."

Tarlov has practiced in the field of commercial and residential real estate law for more than 30 years. Admitted to both the Delaware Bar and the Pennsylvania Bar, he has also been named a Top Lawyer in Delaware 2016. Tarlov speaks and publishes widely on real estate law. He is a graduate of Ithaca College and Drake University Law School.

Danberg, another Top Lawyer in Delaware, practices in the areas of wills, trusts and estate planning. Galonsky and Feaster are skilled in all areas of residential and commercial real estate law. Truemper, who is admitted to the Delaware and Pennsylvania bars, serves as a member of the Real and Personal Property Law Section of both state bar associations.

"The lawyers at this firm work tirelessly every day to give each of our clients focused personal attention and rock-solid legal advice. Ed, Barbara, Deborah, Roger and Ken make our firm that much better, and we are delighted that they are joining our legal team," Baird said.
