Beach Babies Child Care in Rehoboth Beach held its Second Annual Fall Festival Oct. 6 at the campus in Rehoboth. The event was funded by a grant from Prevent Child Abuse Delaware along with community partners, volunteers and parents. This family-freindly event featured food, music, games, faceprinting and moon bounces.
