Bethany Beach website launched for new way to visit Quiet Resort

Launching Memorial Day weekend, I Heart Bethany Beach showcases everything Bethany Beach. The Quiet Resort, rich with boutique shops, culinary delights and engaging events, now has an inclusive, online presence for all of its eclectic beachyness.

Created by Karen Kampmann of Dragonfly Social Marketing, the comprehensive website, social media pages, blog and more aims to reach beachlovers everywhere in this tech-savvy age.

“I wanted something to reach visitors and locals alike in a modern way. Pretty much everyone’s mobile now, and with this platform, they can find out what’s going on anytime, anywhere,” said Kampmann.

It’s a brainchild turned passion project for the lover of local who has big plans in the works to engage its audience. In coming weeks, viewers will see a weekly newsletter, monthly drawings for local businesses, an interactive summer jams playlist and informative blog articles.

Social media will focus on up-to-the-minute deals, specials and news. Down the road are plans for area services expansion, a searchable business database, the inaugural Best of Bethany Beach celebration, the I Heart Bethany Beach app, and fundraiser collaborations to support area nonprofits.

Kampmann wants to engage and grow the Bethany Beach fan base. “It’s all about community – big and small – bringing together all of us who love Bethany Beach and creating new fans. It’s about supporting, engaging, enjoying. That’s why I created I Heart Bethany Beach,” said Kampmann.
