Cadbury Senior Lifestyles, Lewes appoints two new directors
Cadbury Senior Lifestyles, Lewes Continuing Care Retirement Community has appointed a new sales and marketing director, and a new director of resident services. They bring more than 25 years of experience in senior living, marketing and management to their new positions.
Sales and Marketing Director Karen L. Kerstetter oversees all sales and marketing operations at the community, working directly with prospective Cadbury residents to share the active and vibrant lifestyle of the community's independent living neighborhood. She hosts monthly marketing events, provides community tours and engages in outreach efforts to continue to ensure Cadbury is represented as an esteemed and integral part of the local and surrounding areas. Kerstetter has more than 13 years of experience in sales and marketing in the senior living, healthcare, pharmaceuticals and construction industries, including as sales director for independent living for Westminster Village Continuing Care Retirement Community in Dover. She holds a bachelor of science degree in applied nutrition from the University of Delaware and resides in Lewes.
New Director of Resident Services Lauri P. Weeks acts as an advocate for meeting the needs, wants and conveniences of residents within the Cadbury community and the surrounding Lewes area, working to enhance their daily lives through activities, cultural opportunities, and community-wide events and celebrations. She brings more than 12 years of experience in management, customer service, hospitality and marketing to her new post, including as executive director of the Sussex Family YMCA of Delaware. She holds a master of arts degree in communication from the University of Delaware and lives in Rehoboth.
