For the third straight year, CAMP Rehoboth shut down a block of Baltimore Avenue for the annual block party.
The event features musical performances and vendors doing everything from styling hair and serving pizza to political activism.
The party even included canine visitors, including Ben, a Shih-tzu/toy poodle mix, and his owner, Lona Crist.
