Striders donate to soup kitchen
A tradition at the annual Snowball 5K Run, held last weekend in Lewes, is to collect canned goods when the runners check in and donate them to a good cause. This year, more than 100 cans, as well as a box of toothpaste and some tech T race shirts were all presented to Dale and Ken Dunning and their soup kitchen a few hours following the race. “We are so blessed to have people in the community like yourself who give as you do,” said Dale Dunning.
