Cape Business Network to host free marketing workshop April 25

As a service to the community, the Cape Business Network will host a free sales and marketing workshop for small- to medium-sized businesses from 6 to 7 p.m., Wednesday, April 25,  at Java Jukebox, 37169 Rehoboth Ave., Rehoboth Beach. Free coffee, tea and light snacks will be provided.

The speaker will be Harris S. Marx, who has 50 years of sales and marketing experience in the small to medium business arena locally, nationally and internationally.

Topics covered during the workshop will include the present environment for marketing in the business world, marketing methodologies, top 10 networking tips; why people do or don’t buy from a business; the effect of body language on buyers; and the psychology of trust and buyers.
