The Cape Henlopen Senior Center sponsored a pancake and sausage breakfast Oct. 13. The food was delicious and plentiful. The fellowship and camaraderie were enjoyable, and everyone left feeling full and happy. The center features these events several times throughout the year. Medical staffers from Safeway Pharmacy were on hand to give flu shots and pneumonia shots. Volunteers cooked, served, cleared tables and cleaned up, signed folks in and sold raffle tickets.
