Cape Henlopen Senior Center seeks new logo designs by Oct. 1

At age 50, the Cape Henlopen Senior Center is seeking a new logo design to represent the center and its members. They are hoping for a well-designed, fresh and effective logo which addresses what the center stands for. It will be used first on a new flag to be displayed outside the building, and then utilized in many other ways.

The contest is open to the general public as well as center members, and submissions will be welcome from creative people in all age categories from 5 to 95. Submissions may be hand drawn and electronically submitted as photos. To submit logo designs via email by Saturday, Oct. 1, send them to chsc.logo@gmail.com. All entries will be posted for voting by number only. The artists’ name will not appear until a winner is selected.

The voting period will run  Saturday, Oct. 1, through Saturday, Oct. 15. Voting will be via email or paper ballots at the Cape Henlopen Senior Center. The winner will receive a $200 VISA gift card. The address is 11 Christian St., Rehoboth Beach.
