Cape soccer gears up for season

The Cape girls’ soccer team faced off with 2016 state semifinalist Middletown in the team’s final scrimmage of the preseason. The Vikings were set to kick off the season Thursday, March 23, in Milford. Cape will travel to Sussex Academy in Georgetown for a match at 4 p.m., Tuesday, March 28, before hosting the first home game of the season versus Smyrna Thursday, March 30, at 7 p.m.
