Cape Winelands team participates in karate tournament

The Cape Winelands All Styles karate team participated in a tournament that was part of the Women's Cup Saturday, Sept. 16, in Gauteng. The team was under leadership of the President of Karate Boland Shihan Patrick Ross, doing much to make this tournament a success. The goal and strive is to say no to drugs and violence in the community. In the photo is Shihan Patrick Ross with part of the team that participated in the tournament. “It will be appreciated if anyone can help us with donations by helping some of these children's dreams become a reality, because most of the karatekas are coming out from underprivileged areas,” said Sensei Mario Matthews.
