Catrina Stiller to lead energy healing workshop Aug. 15
Energy healing will be the topic of the third and final workshop in the Intuition For Everyone series, set for 4 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 15, at Rehoboth Beach Yoga, 20245 Bay Vista Road, Rehoboth Beach.
The program will be led by Catrina Stiller, a licensed practical counselor of mental health, who integrates her skills of intuition and energy healing into counseling sessions at Quakertown Wellness Center in Lewes. The workshop cost is $65.
Energy medicine has become more widely known over the last several years with multiple universities conducting research studies to prove its effectiveness. Many medical practitioners incorporate energy medicine as a complementary service.
Everything contains energy. Plants, tables, cars, food, animals and humans are all composed of atoms. The structures of these atoms are ever-changing. Energy medicine practitioners channel a variable frequency of energy, mostly between 7-8 Hz, into their clients in order to facilitate the body’s natural rhythms of repair.
