On May 19, family, friends, and business associates gathered at the chamber's monthly Business After Hours to celebrate the wedding of Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Carol Everhart to her partner, Larry Lanouette. The event was held at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Rehoboth Beach.
The couple met on the popular dating website, Match.com. They were initially drawn to each other by their mutual love for physical activity and being outdoors. After four years together, they decided it was time to tie the knot. Everhart says the Fairfield Inn & Suites was an ideal venue, as the opportunity, setting, and timing were perfect.
