Charlie Brown Christmas Jazz Concert with Eric Mintel Quartet set Dec. 9

St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Lewes announced that the Eric Mintel Quartet will return for a second concert this season celebrating the music of Vince Guaraldi, composer of the ever-popular Charlie Brown series that so many people have grown to know and love over the years.

The concert will take place at 6:30 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 9, featuring Eric Mintel on piano, Nelson Hill on sax, Dave Antonow on bass and Dave Mohn on drums. Audience members can hum and tap along to these favorites as well as some holiday tunes played in a special jazz style.

St. Peter's Family Ministry is hosting this concert, and the the whole family will enjoy some surprises including one from the North Pole. A freewill offering will be received, and profits will be used toward a mission project. A reception will follow the concert in the parish hall.

St. Peter's Church is at Second and Market streets in the heart of Lewes. Facilities are handicapped accessible. For more information, go to stpeterslewes.org.
