Charlotte Ann Kjellmark, family archivist

Charlotte Ann Kjellmark, 84, of Lewes, passed away Saturday, Feb. 25, 2017, at her home. She was born Monday, Aug. 15, 1932, in New Rochelle, N.Y., daughter of the late Eric W. and Anna S. (Fogelstrom) Kjellmark.

In the 1960s Miss Kjellmark joined the U.S. Department of State, serving in Africa, Asia and Washington, D.C.
She was the family's archivist and genealogist. Reading, gardening, and corresponding with relatives and friends were favorite pasttimes.

In addition to her parents, Miss Kjellmark was preceded in death by her brothers: Eric Kjellmark and Douglass Kjellmark; and her sister-in-law, Carol Kjellmark. She is survived by her brother-in-law, Gino Palermo; her nephews: Christopher and his wife Katharina, and Eric and his wife Pauline; her niece, Heidi; their children; and many cherished neighbors and friends.

A Funeral Service will be held Monday, May 15, at 11 a.m., at St. Peter's Episcopal Church, 2nd and Market streets, Lewes. Interment will take place Tuesday, May 16, at 11 a.m., at Beechwoods Cemetery, 179 Beechwood Ave., New Rochelle, N.Y.
