CHEER kitchen managers complete food safety course

The Nutrition Department of CHEER Inc. recently conducted food safety classes for its kitchen managers at all of its nutrition sites. Florence Mason, CHEER nutrition director, taught the class, Focus on Food Safety in the First State. The class was accredited by the Delaware Division of Public Health, Office of Food Protection.
