CHEF celebrates founders and 10th anniversary

Cape Henlopen Educational Foundation recently celebrated its 10th anniversary and honored founding President Rick Grier-Reynolds, former CHEF administrative leader and retired Cape Henlopen High School English teacher Chris King, and other CHEF founding board members.
CHEF is the only fully functioning public school educational foundation in Delaware. Its mission is to support innovative educational programs for the Cape Henlopen School District and to prepare all students for productive lives in a diverse society.
In its first decade, CHEF has funded teaching excellence, STEM, arts, character and career development, and hands-on learning for limited-income students.
