The Children Beach House in Lewes held its annual Beach BBQ Aug. 26. This year the event sported a Bollywood theme.

Indian food was served with Bollywood themed music playing for the many guests, some dressed in Indian styles. This popular event signals the end of summer for many local residents. Children's Beach House is a Delaware-based 501(c)(3), nonprofit organization that fulfills founder Lydia Chichester du Pont's vision to help children with special needs reach their highest potential as functioning members of their families and the communities. 

The event featured music, a dance performance, art auction and food and drinks. The CBH also introduced its 80 for 80 Campaign. Now through January 3, 2018 every dollar raised through this effort will be matched by members of the Board of Trustees.
