Chili challenge set at American Legion in Laurel March 12

The American Legion Riders, Post 19, Laurel, are having a chili challenge beginning at noon, Sunday, March 12. The Riders invite and challenge individuals and organizations to put on aprons and make their best chili. Trophies and awards will be given; judging will be done by Riders members as well as the general public.
For $10, all are invited to sample as many chilis as they like and then cast votes for their favorite. There will be a dessert bar, musical entertainment, hot dogs with all of the fixings for $1.50, and a cash bar. For more information, call 302-841-0385 or email sandraelliott5@gmail.com.
