Coldwell Banker Resort Realty has once again received corporate accolades from Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC with the announcement of the International Awards. Coldwell Banker Resort Realty has been named the No. 1 company in Closed Adjusted Gross Commission Income for 2016 for the State of Delaware for the Coldwell Banker franchise system. Skip Faust has been named No. 1 agent for his 21st year.

"Coldwell Banker Resort Realty exemplifies the standards of excellence for which Coldwell Banker affiliate offices are known," said Todd Keffer, Mid Atlantic brand ambassador for Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC. "It is an honor to recognize Coldwell Banker Resort Realty."
