Coldwell Banker Resort Realty recognized with President’s Award of Honor

Coldwell Banker Resort Realty once again received corporate accolades from Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC with the announcement of their International Awards.  Recognized as one of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC’s longest franchisee’s, Coldwell Banker Resort Realty first affiliated with the Coldwell Banker brand in 1983.

For the first time in company history, Coldwell Banker Resort Realty was honored with the President’s Award of Honor for generating over $5 million in Adjusted Gross Commission Income. Only 63 companies in North America qualified for this recognition.

Coldwell Banker Resort Realty was also named number one company in Closed Adjusted Gross Commission Income for 2017 for the State of Delaware for the Coldwell Banker franchise system. Skip Faust has been named number one agent for his 22 nd year.

Faust has been a licensed realtor since 1986. He is a “Beebe Baby,” an alumnus of Cape Henlopen High School and University of Delaware, and is proud to call Lewes home. Over the years he has been actively involved as a coach, board member and mentor of Lewes Little League.

For a second year, the Seaford Branch of Coldwell Banker Resort Realty was recognized with the International Sterling Society office award for exceeding 370 transaction sides. This award was given to only 173 of the 3000 offices worldwide. 

“It is an honor to reach this milestone for the company. Our agents work diligently one client at a time. The recognition worldwide for their dedication and perseverance is well deserved,” said Rick Bennett, broker and branch manager for the Seaford Office.   

For their 2017 production, Faust, Bennett and Lee Johnson were recognized with the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite designation, distinguishing them within the top 2 percent of all Coldwell Banker sales associates worldwide. Bennett has been licensed in Delaware since 1995. Johnson has been in sales since 1998, earned his real estate license in 2001 and his associate broker’s license in 2006. 

Receiving the International Diamond Society Designation for their achievements in 2017 were Dennis Barnes, Linda Book, Dana Byrd, Dana Caplan, Beth Dorman, Terri Favata, Frank Hornstein, Jeff Kemp, Ruth Sivils and Nitan Soni.  This places them among the top 11 percent of all sales associates worldwide. 

Receiving the International Sterling Society designation, placing them in the top 17 percent of all sales associates worldwide for their achievements in 2017, were Ben Steward, Scott Reagan, Dawn Loeffler, Debra Hartney, Aimee DeBenedictis, Dolores Desmond and Adam Gaull. 

All agents recognized are members of the National Association of Realtors, Delaware Association of Realtors and the Sussex County Association of Realtors. Johnson, Bennett, Caplan, Kemp, Gaull and Reagan may be reached at the Seaford branch. Faust, Barnes, Book, Dorman, Hornstein, Soni, Steward, and DeBenedictis may be reached at the Rehoboth branch. Byrd, Favata. Loeffler, and Hartney may be reached at the Milford Branch.  Desmond and Sivils may be reached at the Lewes Branch.
