Colonial East sets ribbon cutting set for indoor pool complex Nov. 5

October 13, 2016

Colonial East L.P. announced that the grand opening of the much-anticipated indoor pool complex, The Manor House Pool, is set for 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 5. The event will include a ribbon cutting and community cookout.

This brand-new amenity will serve all the residents of Colonial East L.P.'s fine family of manufactured home communities, including Sussex West, Sussex East and Colonial East. The Colonial East community already sports a beautiful outdoor pool for the enjoyment of residents. This community, which began in the ‘70s, served a much-needed affordable housing demand for both permanent residents and vacationers, and it remains a popular choice for home buyers today.

In the ‘80s, Sussex East and newer sister Sussex West introduced a new concept in manufactured home communities, and they remain the only 55 and Better manufactured home communities at the Delaware shore and throughout Sussex County. This new amenity will allow residents to enjoy aquatic fun and fitness on a year-round basis.
