Cool Spring Block Party spreads tons of fun

Cool Spring Civic Association joined with First State Community Action Agency and Delaware State Police to offer a Block Party and Field Day Aug. 20. Families came together to play basketball, meet the mounted police, enjoy snacks and BBQ, and play games. Health agencies were on hand to share information.
