Darren Sean Walsh, loved to fish

Darren Sean Walsh, 54, of Lewes, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 11, 2017, at Beebe Healthcare, Lewes. He was born June 18, 1963, in Lewes.

Darren was a graduate of Cape Henlopen High School. He loved to fish, golf, hunt, build crafts and was an animal lover at heart. Throughout many years, Darren struggled with addiction and its many demons.

Darren is survived by his mother, Sharon L. (Howarth) Walsh of Lewes; his father, James B. Walsh (Jay B) and Jane of Lewes; his three brothers: Paco Walsh and his wife Beverly of Milton, Bryson Walsh of Lewes and Del Walsh and his wife Wynn of Lewes; his aunt, Beverly McCarty of Lewes; his uncle, Cliff Howarth of Seaford; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, Oct. 18, at 11 a.m., at Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes, with a viewing beginning at 10 a.m. A viewing will also be held Tuesday, Oct. 17, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., at the funeral home. Burial will immediately follow the services at St. Peter's Cemetery, Pilottown Road, Lewes.
