David Gonce joins Jack Lingo Realtor Lewes office

Jack Lingo Realtor announced David Gonce has joined its Lewes office after 22 years in commercial sales and sales management in the information technology and information management arena.

Throughout his successful career, Gonce has worked with clients ranging from small and medium businesses to Fortune 500 and international corporations. His focus has always been on building strong client relationships based on trust. Gonce uses his extensive experience in sales and executive management in every real estate transaction.

Over the years Gonce has shown a deep interest real estate. In 2004 he obtained his real estate license in Maryland, and with his business partner began to purchase, renovate, rent and sell investment properties throughout Baltimore. It is Gonce's passion for sales, working with people and the real estate market that led him to his career as a real estate sales agent with Jack Lingo Realtor.

A native of Baltimore, Gonce attended Calvert Hall College High School and graduated from Frostburg State University. In 1997 he purchased a vacation home in the Spring Lake community of Rehoboth Beach. It did not take him long to fall in love with the area. Today he is a full-time resident and is laser-focused on helping his clients sell their home and find the home of their dreams.
