DeMartino is breath of fresh air for RD14

October 27, 2016

A twist of fate brought me in contact with James DeMartino, and it has been a wonderful experience. I stopped by the GOP office in Georgetown to volunteer for this election and was directed to contact James.

I met with James and discovered an enthusiastic, passionate and sincere person. His ideas and vision for infrastructure, education, jobs, crime and many other issues are what we need. He looks at our area with a fresh perspective and positive outlook. He also brings his extensive experience as a Marine and an attorney. James is not a defeatist. He will fight for our needs in RD14!

The incumbent has become complacent and stagnant in his almost 14 years in office. He is a career politician and is only interested in keeping his job and not doing his job to fully represent the needs of the 14th District.

James is a believer in diversity and inclusion. He will listen to the citizens of the 14th District and represent all of us in Legislative Hall. Crime and drug-related issues have become common place over the past 10-plus years and have put our safety at risk. Infrastructure is a huge issue and once again, there is only talk and not much action. I see higher taxes in our future with nothing significant to show for it.

It is time for us to go in a new direction and vote for a candidate that will have our best interest in mind. A proactive leader who will reach out to his constituents frequently and not just at election time. James DeMartino is the man for the job! Vote for James on Tuesday, Nov. 8, and let’s look forward to a better and safer future in the 14th District.
