Dolores B. Henry, Tennessee resident

God called Delores B. Henry peacefully to rest Friday, Nov. 17, 2017, surrounded by her loving husband of 35 years, Solomon L. Henry, and her three daughters, Patrice, Stephanie and Beverly. She was born June 5, 1933, in Clarksville, Tenn.

Preceding her in death were her first husband, MSgt. Richard W. Beasley; her parents, Thomas and Lela Foxx; and her son, Nathan W. Beasley.

She is survived by her husband, Solomon L. Henry; three daughters, Patrice B. Park (Leroy), Stephanie B. Finney (Ron) and Beverly B. Williams (Rick); one daughter-in-law, Romaine W. Beasley; "bonus" daughters, Deborah Davis (Alphonso "Butch") and Michelle Holden (Doug); grandsons, Evan R. Park, Bryson R. Finney, Justin L. Davis, DeRon L. Finney, and Travis R. Williams; granddaughters, Sharlane Haston-Cormier (Raymond), Lía Patrice Park, Kivany D. Finney, Asya B. Traylor, and Morgan S. Williams; great-grandchildren, Kimora Finney, Aubrey Brown, Ariel Randolph and newborn DeRon L. Finney Jr.; and her sisterly cousin, Martha Jackson of Clarksville. In addition, Delores leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and beloved friends.

First public viewing will be held Tuesday, Nov. 21 from 6 to 9 p.m., at Evan W. Smith Funeral Services, 518 S. Bay Road, Dover. The Eastern Star ceremony begins at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held noon, Wednesday, Nov. 22, at Union Missionary Baptist Church, 883 Lincoln St. and Gibbs Dr., Dover. Viewing will be 10 a.m. to noon; with formal Celebration of Life to follow. Interment in Sharon Hills Memorial Park, Dover.
