Easterseals receives $10,000 from Safeway Foundation

Easterseals Delaware & Maryland's Eastern Shore recently received a $10,000 grant through the Safeway Foundation to fund supported employment services for people with intellectual disabilities.
Participants like Renee Seal, who works at Safeway, are able to find meaningful work making competitive wages with the support of an Easterseals employment specialist who serves as a natural support and provides on-the-job training.
