Edward S. Caldwell, avid outdoorsman
Edward S. Caldwell, 58, of Milton, formerly of Harrisburg, Pa., passed away peacefully Saturday, Feb. 18, 2017.
Edward was an avid outdoorsman, skilled craftsman, and loved spending time with his family.
Edward is preceded in death by his stepfather Barry Weldon; his father-in-law, Robert Gill; and his niece Desiree Gill.
He is survived by his wife Debra; daughters Jennifer Smith and SaraBeth Caldwell (Alton); his grandchildren Antoine, Tyrone Jr., Asayshia, Day'ja, Aiden, Adriana, and Anthony; great-grandchildren Amaiya and Laylah; his father William and mother Linda; his mother-in-law Phyllis Gill; his brothers Kelly Weldon and Billy Caldwell; his sisters Kim Caldwell and Cheryl Bossert (Joel). He is also survived by his best friend Jim Welu; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held Friday, Feb. 24, at 3 p.m., in the chapel of Short Funeral Services, 416 Federal St., Milton, where friends may call after 2 p.m.
