Exhibitors sought for Delaware Resorts Home Expo set April 22, 23

January 22, 2017

The Delaware Resorts Home Expo is seeking exhibitors to fill the remaining spaces available for Saturday and Sunday, April 22 and 23. For its 20th anniversary, the expo will return to Cape Henlopen High School. The high school location was a big hit with exhibitors and visitors for the last home expo, which was held at a new venue after 18 years due to renovations still underway at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center.

"We are very excited to return to the beautiful and spacious Cape Henlopen High School for this year's 20th anniversary home expo for several reasons," said Kathy Benson, Home Expo co-founder and coordinator. "The Cape High space enables us to accommodate 35 additional exhibitor spaces and provides a much better parking arrangement for visitors, and exhibitor registrations are way ahead of last year. Another benefit is that another segment of the community has had an opportunity to become familiar with our outstanding high school."

The home expo is sponsored by internet magazines www.RehobothToday.com and www.LewesToday.com, along with the Cape Gazette, Comcast Spotlight and Andersen Windows. The expo affords visitors the convenience of viewing a full array of home-related products and services in one place. Admission for the public is free, and many of the exhibitors will be giving away gifts and prizes. The expo also benefits Sussex County Habitat for Humanity, a nonprofit organization assisting qualified residents with simple, affordable housing. Exhibitors include realtors, developers, builders, mortgage and finance companies, insurance firms, and a large array of new home products and services.
