July 12, 2017

Fernmoor Homes was the recipient of four Regal Awards from the the Home Builders Association of Delaware at its recent annual event held in Lewes. The awards recognize outstanding achievement in the area's home building industry. Fernmoor's Jefferson model won Best Single-Family Home up to 2,000 square feet and Best Home Design. Its Heritage Creek community took top honors for Best Interior Merchandising - Clubhouse and Best Exterior Merchandising - Clubhouse.

"Acclaim from our industry is extremely gratifying," said Carol Smith-Gephart, sales and marketing director for Fernmoor Homes. "Together with positive response from homebuyers, it tells us our work is resonating with our customers and peers alike. Our entire organization is proud and delighted to receive this recognition."

Available at Fernmoor's Heritage Creek and Liberty communities, the Jefferson offers a choice of 2 bedrooms plus a study, or 3 bedrooms; 2-3 baths; 9-foot first-floor ceilings; a full basement; and a first-floor master suite. Smith-Gephart said, "Fernmoor excels at listening to customers and responding with designs that offer exceptional versatility and value. With its choice of floorplan configurations, energy efficiency, smart features and premium materials, the Jefferson is a real standout. Everyone is taking notice."

The clubhouse at Fernmoor's Heritage Creek community is a perfect example of the importance of lifestyle to
today's homebuyers. "Our job is to help families answer those most-important questions," said Smith-Gephart. "What will it be like to live here? What will we do for fun? Will we love it here? That's why Fernmoor went above and beyond to bring the Heritage Creek clubhouse to life. We want it to be easy for homebuyers to see themselves enjoying the pool, working out, playing billiards or cards, and simply hanging out with friends in the lounge."

Located minutes from historic Milton and Delaware's beaches, Heritage Creek showcases traditional Craftsman and Victorian-style homes and a tree-lined boulevard adorned. The community's setting, clubhouse and walking trails set the stage for year-round recreation and leisure.

Liberty features traditional, Craftsman and Victorian architecture in Millsboro, just a short drive from beach resorts, shopping, dining, golf, water sports and more. Membership in the neighboring Independence clubhouse is available to Liberty residents.

Fernmoor is planning to continue with Monterey West at Vineyards. Coming soon in Lewes, the lakeside community will offer exquisite single-family homes from the low $300,000s, complemented by recreation opportunities including kayaking, paddle boating and pier fishing, walking trails, party patio with a fire pit, billiards and more. Already completed, the community's resident clubhouse showcases a swimming pool and dog park. For more information on Monterey West at Vineyards, call 302-703-5560 or go to www.fernmoorhomes.com.
