For the seventh consecutive year, Firefly Music Festival is coming to The Woodlands of Dover International Speedway Thursday, June 14 to Sunday, June 17, bringing The Killers, the band behind everyone’s favorite improbable party song, “Mr. Brightside.”

Joining The Killers are headliners Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, and the Arctic Monkeys, as well as Portugal. The Man, and nineties favorite, Jimmy Eat World, as well as over 100 other artists. Anyone who enjoys music will want to be in “The Middle” of this event.

Wednesday, June 13, campers have a chance to experience an exclusive, pre-party music session with DJs playing from 6 p.m. to midnight at the Northeast Hub. Mother Nature appears to be in good spirits, as the rain is expected to hold off, allowing for sunshine with highs predicted in the high 80s and lows in the mid-60s for the four-day festival.

Dogfish Head Craft Brewery will return to The Woodlands to present The Brewery, Firefly’s on-site craft beer bar. If looking to jam at a dance party, The Thicket is the place to be, as it is filled with renowned DJs producing good vibes. If needing a place to relax, The Nook is a neat place to sneak away, hang up a hammock and chill.

Transportation services such as DART buses and Firefly shuttles are offered, and can be used to get to and from the festival and outside attractions.

Single-day passes are still available for $129, while general admission passes are available for $349.
