Firefly ticket giveaways at Dogfish locations June 7, 11

Calling all Firefly fans! During the week leading up to the festival, Dogfish Head locations will hold Firefly Music Festival ticket giveaways.

For a chance to win a pair of day pass tickets to The Woodlands, fans can attend Vintage & Vinyl from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., Thursday, June 7, at Dogfish Head Brewery in Milton. The giveaway will take place at 6 p.m. for one pair of day passes to be used for Friday, Saturday or Sunday. 

Giveaways will also take place at 3, 4 and 5 p.m., Monday, June 11, at Chesapeake & Maine restaurant in Rehoboth Beach. A customer can only win one pair of tickets. For warm-weather fun, Chesapeake & Maine will be open for happy hour from from 2 to 5 p.m. featuring a whole new lineup of summer-inspired seafood offerings like SeaQuench mussels, lobster roll, Land & Sea burger, Oyster Po’ Boy, freshly shucked oysters and more.

The official craft beer of the festival since 2012, the freshly twisted Firefly Ale mashup is brewed with guava puree and coconut flower nectar, and is full of tropical fruit notes with a subtle sweetness. Tart and citrusy, this complex summer sipper is perfect for those days and nights in The Woodlands.

In early March, the two companies asked festival fans to take part in creating a spin on the original Firefly Ale. With a pale ale as the base, folks could choose among grapefruit, yuzu or guava to include as the new ingredient for the 2018 remix of Firefly Ale, which will be available in the Dogfish Head Brewery tent at Firefly Music Festival, the Milton brewery, and Brewings & Eats and Chesapeake & Maine in Rehoboth (while supplies last).
