First State Pickleball donates to Clayton Elementary School

First State Pickleball Club members believe that being a good neighbor is part of pickleball. The club has added a backboard to the dedicated pickleball courts behind Clayton Elementary School in Frankford. The club plays its special events and tournaments on the Clayton courts, and a backboard was very much needed. Club founder Cheryl Watt Martin organized the special event Dink Challenge. Proceeds of $1,400 were donated to Clayton Elementary School for enrichment programs.
