First State SPCA receives emergency grant from Debbie’s Fund

The First State Animal Center and SPCA in Camden recently rescued 10 abused horses from a farm with more than 100 abused animals. Debbie’s Fund issued an emergency grant to defray some of the cost of the rescue.
